Recoating Wood Floors

Prevent wear and provide better care for your hardwood floors.

Abrading the existing finish with a buffer and then applying a finish coat before your floor's finish is completely worn down will reduce the need for a complete resanding. If you care for your floor properly, you can recoat and delay the need for a complete resand and refinish which will save you a significant amount of time and money.

We also replace floor protection on your furniture at no charge each time we recoat your floors.

Tile Floor Cleaning

Tile floors are pre-treated with Lithofin and cleaned with a high pressure tile cleaning extractor. This includes the back room, back line area, front of house and restrooms. Any movable structures are removed for cleaning.

Carpet Cleaning

Carpets are cleaned with carpet extraction equipment and top-of-the-line cleaners.

High Dusting

During high dusting any and all surfaces can be cleaned. This would include walls, ductwork & vents, signage, pipes, cabling, bar joist, etc.

We take care to cover all counter and displays areas with plastic before the start of high dusting and then wipe down all surfaces to assure everything is clean.
